The following are the terms & conditions dealing with the use of our website and services and by registering with us and/or making a purchase you are agreeing to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these from time to time by updating this page.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all UK goods within 2 - 5 working days of acceptance of your order. However you should allow upto 7 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. If there should be any delays in this process we will keep you informed.

Returns Policy Returns
We really hope you will be pleased with your items but if you are not fully happy you can return any of the goods up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange provided, of course they are returned unworn and in the original packaging and condition received in. We are unable to refund or exchange earrings.
Please note that as we are a small company all goods are returned to Nurture (maternity) at your own expense. We recommend using Recorded Delivery to obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which do not reach us.
You can also return items by bring them back to the stall. Please email us at enquiries@nuturematernity.co.uk to inform us as soon as you can that you wish to make a return and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.
This returns policy do not effect your statutory rights.
