The global recession has brought about a shift in many businesses expectations and offers an opportunity for us all to re- evaluate what consumerism really means.

Nurture (maternity) encourages their customers to think about the way they live their lives and what they buy, especially during the time of pregnancy. We have observed first hand the growing interest in natural and complementary choices for health and well being for both Mum and baby. Much rests on the healthy, happy outcome of a pregnancy.

Buying organic and eco-friendly products may be seen as an added expense but the long term benefits of buying 'better' include lower environmental impact, improved quality and products that are ultimately more appealing to live with and better for you.

Nurture (maternity) is an evolving concept but the vision is strong - to provide a website and a service to new and expecting parents that offfers useful information, carefully selected 'natural' products and supporting complementary therapies and services that will encourage preparation for labour, the birth and postnatal care.
